September 26, 2011 -- Nashville, TN -- Lauren Ashley's 'Cold November' earned first place in the "Wake Up Nashville - And Dream Big" songwriting contest, which was judged by Savannah Music Group. Lauren Ashley's song "'Drive' also place in the Top 10. Lauren Ashley will be performing both 'Cold November' and 'Drive' this Thursday at the Country Music Hall Of Fame for the Wake Up Nashville benefit. Both songs will also be featured on the Wake Up Nashville CD, which will be available for purchase at the event. the benefit will begin at 7pm and is to raise money and awareness for Narcolepsy.
